The JOYO Maximum Overdrive Dual Channel Pedal, part of the R series effect pedals, offers a wider range of tones and functions compared to our other pedals. Our engineers have implemented top-level tone adjustment for Overdrive and Distortion pedals. For digital pedals, we have included features like IR cabinet simulation, drum machine+looper, digital delay+looper, and dual modulation.

The R-05 Maximum Overdrive Pedal offers two fabulous overdrive tones through its dual channel. The Drive channel provides a pure and clean overdrive tone without compression. The Boost channel delivers a wild overdrive effect and long sustain with its independent Boost Control Knob. Additionally, there are two toggle switches. The left one adjusts the brightness of the mid-frequency, offering three positions. The right one switches between different circuit clippings, such as MOSFET clipper mode and diode clipper mode.

The pedal features ambience LED lights on the front and rear sides. You can choose to set the lights to be on all the time or have them turn on when the pedal is engaged. The LED light control switch offers options for SYNC mode (LED illumines when the footswitch is engaged), ALWAYS mode (LED is always on), and OFF mode (LED is off).
