Aquila Banjo Ukulele GCAE Set
The Banjo Ukulele in 4-string G C E A tuning is set in the key of C. All the strings are made with a combination of NYLGUT and red copper powder, without being wound. The color of the strings is red-brown.
The Red Series of strings are made with Nylgut that is first made elastic and then infused with red copper powder to increase its density, making it about twice as dense as standard white Nylgut. These strings have a slightly rough surface texture, which eliminates the squeak that sometimes occurs with Nylgut strings.
The new red-brown strings provide an excellent playing experience with their great feel, excellent elasticity, and accurate intonation past the 12th fret. When pressing the strings strongly on the frets, the pitch does not become sharper, so there is no need to widen the nut slot to accommodate the strings.
The set includes one Banjo Ukulele in 4-string G C E A tuning. The instrument's country of origin is Italy.
